This is an interesting image. The concept intrigues me and I find myself wondering what it is really about - the crow attacking the naked person's face.

Technically the painting could do with some work. The crow's head is oddly shaped and disproportionate and the feet don't appear to know where they're supposed to be. I'm not sure whether the wings are supposed to look distorted but right now it's difficult to quite make sense of them.
It's the kind of work that makes me want to see preparatory work for it. Where did the idea come from? What artists/styles inspired you?

The colours in the skin are quite nice, good to see more than just 'flesh tone', but a mixture of warmer oranges and cooler purples and blue for the shadows.
The direction of the brush strokes makes it appear a bit flat though - e.g. looking at her right arm, the strokes should follow the form (i.e. go around the arm not up and down) to help enforce the 3Dimensionalism of the figure.

The dark green of the background makes the shadows stand out less, especially the dark crow. I think using slightly crisper shadows under the body of the figure would help the paler skin tones stand out from the background and with the crow adding some more highlights would define the form more.
